We offer all-round support ranging from finding the common ground for forming a cooperation and establishing and growing new organisations to revitalising or restructuring existing ones. We provide all the required professional services including strategic leadership, financial management, member services, membership growth, marketing and communications and general administration to trade associations and professional membership organisations.
From starting foundations to managing an existing foundation’s day-to-day operations, we have the experience to create long-term success on your behalf. We can assist foundations in starting up, developing and managing their boards and finances, and provides an effective plan to engage partners and contributors and stakeholders to create long-term success.
Certain situations call for temporary cooperation, geared at one or a number of themes. Such cooperations can be referred to as ad-hoc, theme-based, single-issue groups or project organisations. Stakeholders can have similar or diverse backgrounds, but find common ground in this particular project. As neutral partner we can facilitate this temporary cooperation, identify additional partners, organise meetings to determine the actions needed and execute these on the group's behalf.
STRATEGIC EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
To provide the best leadership, we offer associations and foundations an association specialist who supports or manages the day-to-day activities and liaises with the board of directors. Our professionals are experienced in strategy as well as management, allowing them to provide high-level strategic guidance to the boards while optimising the operational side.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Our expertise in marketing and communications spans a variety of disciplines. We create advocacy and communication plans, for both internal and external stakeholders. We can design, write and edit publications and websites, create effective social media communications and campaigns and develop and implement media and public relations strategies.
